- Cauliflower – 1 head
- Onion – White/Yellow
- Spinach – 5-10 leaves
- Natural seasoning/Salt
- Scent Leaf/Bay leaf: 1 leaf
- Coconut oil
- Stir in the shredded cauliflower for 3 mins – You do not want the cauliflower to be too soft, So
it doesn’t lose its rice and crunchy texture.
- Add Natural seasoning or salt and black pepper to taste.
- Lay the spinach lead on your plate or serving dish.
- Serve the cooked cauliflower over a layer of spinach
