Bladderwrack is an edible seaweed also known as red fucus, black tang and rock weed. Although the plant is used in teas, it is not intended for long-term use due to a high iodine content,

Bladderwrack is in the kelp family, and it is sometimes referred to by that name. But kelp is a generic name for many different types of brown seaweed, it contains dietary Fiber which helps with  constipation  but it can also relieve diarrhea and keep your bowel movements more regular in general.

Bladderwrack May be added to bath and skin care products,
Sprinkle directly into foods as an alternative to salt.

May also be added to tea blends and can be encapsulated.
STORAGE: Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place.
