HOME-MADE CURRY POWDER; (can be used as Jollof/ Fried rice spice)

  1. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  2. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  3. pinch onion powder
  4. pinch garlic powder
  5. Pinch of salt , Himalayan salt            For large quantity multiply each portion

HOME-MADE FOOD SPICE ( can replace chemical spice)

  1. 1 tablespoon black pepper
  2. 1/2 clove
  3. 1 tablespoon Sea-salt / Himalayan salt
  4. 1/2 table spoon dried ginger
  5. 1/2 tea spoon dried onion
  6. fennel powder (optional)
  7. fenugreek (optional)

HOME-MADE CHILLI SPICE

  1. 1 tablespoon dried pepper
  2. 1 tablespoon Cameroon pepper
  3. 1 tablespoon black pepper
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/2 tea spoon dried ginger
  6. 1/2 tea spoon dried garlic

HOME-MADE HERB MIX (

  1. 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  2. 1 teaspoon dried pepper mint leaf
  3. 1/2 teaspoon fennel powder
  4. 1/4 teaspoon cumming powder
  5. 1 tablespoon black pepper
  6. clove
  7. ginger
  8. garlic
  9. basil leave
  10. moringa leaf
