Low-Carb , High Fibre & Protein Pan Cake

  1. 3-4 table spoons flax seed meal
  2. 2 table spoons almond flour
  3. pinch of cinnamon powder
  4. pinch of salt
  5. pinch of baking powder (optional)
  6. 5-6 eggs
  7.  1 table spoon cheese (optional)
  8.  2 table spoon ; coconut oil to fry


  1. mix all above ingredient (except the coconut oil) in a bowl, whip until smooth



heat up coconut oil in a frying pan and fry
