- 3-4 table spoons flax seed meal
- 2 table spoons almond flour
- pinch of cinnamon powder
- pinch of salt
- pinch of baking powder (optional)
- 5-6 eggs
- 1 table spoon cheese (optional)
- 2 table spoon ; coconut oil to fry
- mix all above ingredient (except the coconut oil) in a bowl, whip until smooth
