Here’s a quick and simple 5 ingredients smoothie with spinach, apple, cucumber, lemon, ginger.


  •     1 cup water
  •     1 cup spinach
  •     1 green apple
  •     ½ cucumber
  •     1 lemon {peeled}
  •     1 small chunk ginger


  1. Blend the spinach alone in water to get that to a desired consistency before adding the apple, cucumber, lemon and ginger.
  2. Blend all remaining ingredients together until you get desired consistency for drinking. Serve cold.
